Is counselling for me?

However big or small they are, or seem to you, counselling will help. Being in a safe, confidential and non- judgmental environment; with a therapist supporting you to explore problems, make connections and positive life choices, helping you to make more sense of what is gong on for you.

I feel nervous about counselling
It is normal to feel anxious or awkward about something you haven’t experienced before. However, you can expect a warm and friendly welcome in a comfortable environment. The session is about you, and what you would like to talk about. I will help you develop in confidence, self-esteem and worth to achieve this. You are very welcome to call me for an initial chat if that would put you at ease.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies very much from person to person, it depends on how you are feeling and the depth of problem you are experiencing. We can review this together and you can decide what is best for you.
Can I park easily?
If you are driving, you can park directly outside. I am also within easy walking distance of Bridport Town Centre
